The Production Planner will create the Production schedule for one or various Value Stream area(s) to best satisfy current and forecasted demand, while meeting business objectives of safety, quality, on time delivery, competitive customer lead times, profitability and inventory.
Implement/monitor inspection sampling plans.
Correspondent to reports, FDA regulations and other documents. Review customer specifications for requirements.
Responsible for the manufacturing process strategy in line with the company’s manufacturing and technology strategy. Leads the engineering team who will implement processes and methods in accordance product specifications. Develop and implement improvements to production processes for the Introduction launch for new or existing products.
This position will require an experienced leader with a strong industrial manufacturing background. An individual who is able to facilitate and drive change in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Leveraging strong interpersonal skills is a key requirement of this role. The key to success in this position is the ability to identify and drive operational improvements at all levels utilizing a very hands on approach
Provide assistance to Operations Value Stream for process preparation, production support and product quality. Head responsibility for every facet of manufacturing processes as well as product quality. Support technically to manufacture by coordinating engineering modifications. Assist drawing interpretation issues and identify manufacturing tooling requirements.
